Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha to issue 100% right shares from 09 Shrawan 2076. The right issue will be remains open till 11 Bhadra 2076.
The company will be issuing 1:1 or 10,10,880 units of shares at the rate of Rs.100.
Those shareholders who hold the shares till 26 ashad 2076 will be eligible to apply for right shares. The book will be closed on 27 Ashad 2076.
Siddhartha Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manger for right issue.
Its Paid up capital will reach to Rs.20.21 crore after right issuance.
