Branch Managers: (20)
- Having Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from recognized University and three years of banking experience; or Bachelor’s Degree with five years of banking experience.
- Should be skillful in business growth, providing a superior level of customer service and promoting service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
- Having experience in credit administration, branch operation & marketing.
Relationship Managers: (20)
- Having at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from recognized University with two years of banking experience in any Banks/Financial Institutions.
- Priority will be given for candidates having working experience in related department.
Head – Training & Development: (1)
- Having at least Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from recognized University and minimum 4 years of experience in HR/L & D function in organized sector
Head – Branding & Corporate Communication: (1)
- Having at least Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from recognized University and minimum 4 years of experience in branding and corporate communication in organized sector.
Hardware Support /Software Developer :- (2)
- Graduate in IT from Recognized University or Graduate in any discipline with hardware/software global certification courses.
- Prior experience in related field will be additional advantage for selection process.
Research & Development Officer: (1)
- Having MA in Economics or equivalent and minimum 3 years of experience in Research and development function in organized sector.
Junior Programmer: (1)
- Graduate in IT from Recognized University.
- At least one year of working experience in web/software development using programming language preferably in Dot Net MVC , C Sharp or Java, HTML, CSS, SQL Server and BI reports in well-known software company or in bank /financial institution.
- Must have self-proven record of Project /Web development.
- Graphic Design and Digital Marketing experience shall be additional advantage for selection process.
Compliance / Internal Audit Assistant: (8)
- Having completed CA intermediate or equivalent with Bachelor Degree.
- Completion of articleship.
- Strong orientation towards control and compliance culture.
