Rasuwagadi Hydropower Company Limited to issue initial public offering (IPO) from 06 Baishak 2076 for general public. The early closing date of issue is 10 Baishak 2075. If not subscribed early, it will be remains open till 05 Jestha 2076.
The company will be issuing 10,263,150 units of shares at the Rs.100. The company has allocated 4% or 410,526 units for employees, 5% or 513,157 units for mutual funds and remaining 93,39,469 units for general public.
Interested applicants can apply minimum 50 units & maximum 5000 units from all the C-ASBA approved Banks & financial institutions.
Siddhartha Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manager.
The issue is 15% of issued capital of Rs.6.84 arba. It had already issue IPO to locals of projected affected areas.
