Nepal Agro Laghubitta Bittiya sanstha has announced dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
As per the notice, board meeting of the company held on 32 Shrawan 2076 has decided to distribute 15% or Rs.74.66 lakh cash diviend and 3.93 lakh for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM. Shareholders will be dividend after approval from NRB & AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.20.74 crore.
