Nabil Bank has announced 34% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 17 Mangsir 2075 had decided to distribute 12% Bonus Share and 22% Cash Dividend for its shareholders including tax for dividend.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.8.04 arba.
