Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha to issue 2:1 right shares from 17 Magh 2075 for existing shareholders. The right issue will be remains open till 22 Falgun 2075.
The book close was set for 01 Magh 2075 for right issuance. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 30 Poush 2075 or one day before book close are eligible to get right shares.
The company will be issuing 2:1 or 329,8779.69 units of share at the rate of Rs. 100.
Kathmandu capital markets Limited has been appointed as issue manager for right issue.
Existing shareholders can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs.
After right shares issuance, its paid up capital will reach to Rs.9.89 crore.
