Mahila sahayatra Microfinance Bittya Sanstha has announce book close for AGM. The book will remains close from 17 Poush 2075 to 19 Poush 2075.Those shareholders who hold the shares till 16 Poush 2075 will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
Annual General meeting to be held on 05 Magh 2075 at Chitlang, Makawanpur 11:00 AM.
The major agendas of AGM are;
- To approve 8% cash dividend for shareholders
Other agendas are to endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75 and to appoint statutory Auditors for FY 2075/76.
Its paid up capital is Rs.12.10 crore.
