Asha Laghubitta Bittiya sanstha has announced dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
As per the notice, board meeting of the company held on 31 Shrawan 2076 has decided to distribute 12% or Rs.2.48 crore bonus shares and 0.631579% or Rs.13.09 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.20.74 crore.
